We quote the job in writing, agree a time that suits the site — after hours or on a shutdown day where needed — and coordinate with your other trades or building manager so nothing holds up the program. Every job is tested and a certificate of compliance issued on handover.

Common questions
Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes, and for a lot of sites that is the only sensible way to do it. Nights, early mornings, weekends or a scheduled shutdown day. We would rather work around your trade than cost you a day of it, and the quote reflects the hours before you agree to anything, not after.
Something has gone down and we cannot trade. How fast can you get here?
Call us. Reactive callouts are covered by our 24/7 emergency service, seven days, and we will tell you honestly on the phone how quickly we can be there rather than saying yes and leaving you waiting. If it is something you can safely isolate yourself in the meantime, we will talk you through that while we are on the way.
Do you handle emergency and exit lighting?
Yes, installation and the periodic testing that has to go with it. Exit and emergency fittings need to be tested at regular intervals and the results recorded, and it is the sort of thing that quietly lapses until an inspection or an insurer asks for the log. We can run it as a scheduled service so it stays current without you having to remember.
Can you provide insurance, SWMS and inductions?
Yes. Certificate of currency, licence details and a SWMS for the work are available on request, and we will complete your site induction like any other trade on the job. Ask for whatever your builder or building manager needs and we will send it through before we start rather than on the day.
Do you do ongoing maintenance, or just one off jobs?
Both. Plenty of our commercial work is a standing arrangement: test and tag on a cycle, emergency lighting logged, and a known number to ring when something goes wrong. It tends to work out cheaper than reactive callouts alone, because faults get found before they take a site offline.
